Those in attendance at any World Tang Soo Do Association (“WTSDA”) event (each, and “Attendee”) agree, by virtue of their continued attendance, to the following in connection with their attendance at the WTSDA event (the “Event”).
Attendee agrees to comply with all directions and instructions from any WTSDA Event staff, including but not limited to any rules applicable to the Event (collectively, “Event Rules”), and Attendee understands and agrees that failure to comply with such Event Rules may result in Attendee’s ejection from the event, without refund.
INDEMNITY AGREEMENT: Attendee hereby releases, covenants not to sue, discharges, and holds harmless the WTSDA, its employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives, as well as the venue and its employees, agents or representatives of and from any such claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK. I know the risk to myself and property, both from known risk and unanticipated risk, while in or upon the any restricted (or competition) area or while participating or assisting in a sanctioned event, and I do so willingly, voluntarily and in reliance, not upon the property, equipment, facilities and existing conditions furnished by others, but upon my own judgment and ability, and I thereby assume all risk of loss, damage or injury (including death) to myself and my property from any cause whatsoever and whether or not attributable to the negligence of releasees or other persons.
AUTHORIZATION FOR PUBLICITY USAGE. I agree that the WTSDA, or its assigns, on a non-exclusive basis, may use my name and pictures and pictures taken at any WTSDA sanctioned event for publicity or commercial purposes.
Reglas de Eventos
Los asistentes a cualquier evento de la Asociación Mundial de Tang Soo Do (“WTSDA”) (cada uno, y el “Asistente”) aceptan, en virtud de su asistencia continua, lo siguiente en relación con su asistencia al evento de la WTSDA (el “Evento”).
El Asistente se compromete a cumplir con todas las instrucciones del personal del Evento de la WTSDA, incluyendo, entre otras, las normas aplicables al Evento (en conjunto, las “Reglas del Evento”), y comprende y acepta que el incumplimiento de dichas Reglas del Evento puede resultar en su expulsión del evento sin reembolso.
ACUERDO DE INDEMNIZACIÓN: El Asistente por la presente libera, se compromete a no demandar, descarga, y exime de responsabilidad a la WTSDA, sus empleados, agentes, voluntarios y representantes, así como al recinto y a sus empleados, agentes o representantes, de cualquier reclamación, incluyendo toda responsabilidad, reclamación, acción, daño, costo o gasto de cualquier tipo que surja o esté relacionado con el mismo.
ASUNCIÓN DE RIESGOS. Conozco el riesgo para mí y mi propiedad, tanto conocido como imprevisto, al estar en cualquier área restringida (o de competición) o al participar o asistir en un evento autorizado, y lo hago voluntaria y conscientemente, no confiando en la propiedad, el equipo, las instalaciones y las condiciones existentes proporcionadas por otros, sino en mi propio juicio y capacidad. Por lo tanto, asumo todo el riesgo de pérdida, daño o lesión (incluida la muerte) para mí y mi propiedad por cualquier causa, ya sea atribuible o no a la negligencia de los exonerados u otras personas.
AUTORIZACIÓN PARA USO PUBLICITARIO. Acepto que la WTSDA o sus cesionarios, de forma no exclusiva, puedan utilizar mi nombre y fotografías, así como las fotografías tomadas en cualquier evento autorizado por la WTSDA, con fines publicitarios o comerciales.
