Official Photo Contest Rules

Photo Contest Official Rules:

• This contest is for World Tang Soo Do Association members and their families only.
• Photos must be of officially sanctioned events, classes, testings, or other studio activity.
• The following information must be included with each photo:
  • Name, rank and studio of photographer (or relation to).
  • Name and rank of principle people in photo (if available).
  • Brief explanation of event.
  • Location of event.
  • Name of Studio Head or person responsible for the event (include rank and studio name).
  • Date photo was taken.
• All entries will become property of the World Tang Soo Do Association and cannot be published without the written permission of the Association.
• Photos must be received by the deadline.
• All photos received after the deadline will be used for the following contest.
• These are the deadlines for submitting photographs:
  • February 1
  • April 1
  • June 1
  • August 1
  • October 1
  • December 1
• Please be sure to enclose your mailing address with your submission.
• Only one $25 gift certificate will be awarded per contest.
• Be sure to send the information on the photo in the text of the email.
• Video and movie submissions cannot be accepted.
• The submitter of the photograph will be awarded the gift certificate, not necessarily the subject(s) of the photographs nor the photographer.
• The gift certificate can be used for items purchased through the World Tang Soo Do Association Headquarters only.
